Get Your Own Call Tracking Display With AdMeter - (Neat).

Display Customisation is easy with Admeter. Which is just as well because we all know that personalisation is what everyone wants.

AdMeter is a very comprehensive cross media response analytic data platform, and therefore has a vast amount of data that can be displayed , however not all of the data may be relevant to either your business or specific day to day information needs .
So AdMeter offers you the facility to change the way the screens appear and to include the information that is most applicable to your business.

Personalisation

This system is tagged to your specific user login details and will display as per your settings each time that you log in. You may have a college that also has access to the system that is looking for different infotmation from the data that you have chosen and they will be able to set up the Display customisation to reflect what they are looking for.

How to do it

When you first log in to your AdMeter system you will be presented with one of our default templates which include AdApps we think are probably most useful to begin with. However, we fully understand that you may be more interested in other aspects and want to be able to see the data on your main screen.
Customising Your Display
To customise your screen, select DISPLAY CUSTOMISATION at the top right of the screen.
A new section will open at the top of your screen as a series of Tabs across the top – each of these tabs will offer you a sequence of AdApps pertaining to the description.
You can view what each AdApp will look like by selecting the small “i” box in the top right corner of each.To close the example view select Cancel.

Style of AdApp

You will note there are 2 shapes for AdApps. Depending upon the nature of the information displayed, the AdApp may be a rectangular display or a smaller thinner display. You must drag and drop a wider display to the centre right of the page and the narrower displays to the left. You can't put a wide display in a narrow column!

Adding an AdApp

To add an AdApp simply select the AdApp you want from the Display Customisation area, and holding the mouse button down, drag it onto the screen display area. The AdApp will create a yellow framed box on the screen where it will fit and when you de-select the mouse button the AdApp will drop into place.

Re-Arranging and Deleting AdApps

You can re-arrange the order of tiles in a similar way. Whilst in Display Customisation mode, simply select the AdApp to move, keep the mouse button pressed down and drag it to its new position.
Deleting AdApps can be done at any time. Select the cross in the top right corner. You will be asked if you wish to continue or cancel the deletion.
AdMeter allows you to tailor the exact data view that is best for keeping track of the information to help make your Business or department function efficiently.

Monetising Directories and Proving they work with pay-per-call...

There are thousands of directories out there on the internet...from Yelp to Yell, from Thomson Local to Find a Solicitor.
This blog is for people who get leads from directories and for those who own directories.
How to make directoriepay or prove their value
When you run a directory and you are sending calls to members or advertisers you really want to make sure that you are monetising those calls or proving the value of your directory.
Many directories send calls but because they use the same phone number a company has everywhere...they can never prove how many calls they send.
If you don't use trackable numbers, eventually clients who are on the listings will say "prove it's worth me paying to be on this directory!"
When you don't have the answer you are going to lose a lot of business because people want to know what they are paying for.
Case Study - How The Law Society Might Be Getting It Wrong
Let's take an example on the video below. It's the Law Society in the UK. They regularly spend £300,000 or more on an advertising campaign to generate calls to UK lawyers. The problem is, that while they may invest, they find it very hard to prove the number of calls they generate.
Now what's going to happen when they ask for the money next time from lawyers to  promote their directory? It's a tough sell. But if they could prove they deliver 20,000 calls a year ...that's great news for the lawyers because they'll see the excellent value they are getting.
The same could be said of any trade body or franchise group that markets on behalf of members. They also need to prove they are good at sending leads.

http://www.Admeter.co.uk can help you monetise directory listings through tracking and reporting the number of calls and emails you are driving to clients.
With call recording and reporting systems which take into account the quality of the leads and unique versus repeat callers, AdMeter is the idea tool for publishers and media owners to maximise their directory business.
With this proof you can charge the right amount for your services. Why not start today.

Where is Google making its money?

Take a look at some of the most expensive pay-per-click Adwords around and you'll soon discover why Google has more than $32 Billion in revenues, (and why it's so important to trackcalls as well as clicks from Google's Adwords!)
This list is for the US, but the list for the UK also shows that personal injury solicitors are paying upwards of £30 per click. That's money that's invested to get prospects, which is all well and good as long as it works...but there's nothing worse than being charged a whole load of money when you get clicks...which never turn to calls.
When you get inbound calls it does a number of things. Firstly, you can convince a prospect more readily to use your services. Secondly, the prospect is usually a more serious prospect rather than a tyre-kicker. That's because it takes guts to pick up the phone and make a call, but it takes a lot less guts just to click...thirdly, when a prospect calls you it means you don't have to play telephone tag all day to try and reach them. Fourthly, you have someone's number stored on your system, which means you can text them or call them again in the future, just in case they haven't made up their mind yet.
All of this is important when it comes to evaluating the keywords on which you are bidding. Because you may throw out a real winner that is delivering lower number of clicks but a high relative number of calls. Similarly, you may invest in something that's helping clicks, but not generating calls.
AdMeter allows you to manage your PPC better. It can tell you how many calls you get from your keyword campaigns. In fact it can tell you how many calls you get from any online source (even social media) and offline source. And for extra measure, AdMeter can also tell you when you get an email enquiry that's driven by an online campaign.
If it's possible to track it, AdMeter will do it. And with tracking you finally get insight you need to make fast decisions on where your marketing money is working best. When you get your marketing right there's really no way that anyone can compete with you. So give it a go...
Get AdMeter on your side today and let us help you make some more money.
It's about calls as well as clicks as this video shows you...

Media Companies Pay-Per-Call and Call Tracking For Advertisers

Publishing and Media Co Solutions
Phone leads and email leads – your 100% proof
Most businesses are advertising in your newspapers and on your websites because they want people to call or email them. They want to get prospects engaged with requesting information, asking about products or services and getting direct quotations or making bookings.
Your advertising teams find it hard to prove the value of your advertising. They may sell on access to your customers, but when they sell on the number of leads...they don’t really have to sell at all – they just have a long list of buyers.
Click to call, display, online adverts, email newsletters, leaflets, sponsor banners, directories, classified listings, you name it – you can track the response with AdMeter call tracking.
You can set a price per call or email. You can de-dupe sales calls from other media (canvassing). You can set parameters such as only charging for unique calls you generate.
As well as building a database of numbers for your advertisers, (that they or you can send SMS messages to, generating further revenue) you can also help out your advertisers by giving them lead alerts and missed call alerts. They’ll thank you for this big-time as most businesses miss 18% of those leads you have helped generate...simply by not answering the phone.
Advertisers are paying anything from 50p to £50 per click on Google. There is no reason you cannot charge the same for your advertisers. By de-risking their advertising, you are pushing on an open door, and will find it much easier to generate engagement with your clients.
With increasing numbers of advertisers who are loyal to your media, you will find yields and volumes increasing. With better profitability you are able to add additional services to your portfolio. These will include text marketing, advertisement design and copywriting services.
These additional services will be driven by results, establishing your expertise in direct response marketing. This can then be leveraged into a greater share of the advertisers’ marketing. This leads you to having a toll-booth position, where your expertise allows you to profit from your relationship with the advertiser through assisting with and eventually controlling his marketing campaigns.
AdMeter is ranked top call tracking solution by TopSeos.co.uk and has already worked with publishing and media companies.
With in-house expertise, a easy-to-use but powerful call tracking system and a willingness to help...many publishers are looking at the AdMeter solution to advertising decline.
AdMeter will help you:
  • Prove you are driving leads and sales (show your skill at delivering leads)
  • Demonstrate the volume and quality of leads (the £ proof clients want)
  • Enable you to give your advertisers log-ins to specific reports (transparency)

  • Rescue business for advertisers, (through lead alerts and missed call alerts)
  • Generate a loyal and growing advertiser base

Easy to set up:
  • AdMeter can set this up in a couple of days for publishers
  • Dynamic Number Insertion: means it can be used to measure online leads
  • Google Analytics Integration available

0800 numbers, 0845 numbers & Call Tracking! Ofcom changes

There are changes afoot in the way companies use call tracking numbers over the next few years.
Ofcom has announced it's changing how telephone numbers are charged, with the intention of making the cost of calling businesses and services simpler to understand.
It's true that calling from a mobile, the supposedly free 0800 numbers...aren't exactly er...free.
Then you've got all the 08, 09 and 118 ranges. And it's a bit confusing to say the least.
Unless you are using a BT landline, it's difficult to know how much you are charged. Many organisations use these numbers, (because they are often used for call tracking, as well as revenue generation...) but Ofcome is expected to introduce  a single ‘access charge’ consumers pay thei phone company for all calls to these numbers, and a ‘service charge’ to the company or organisation they are calling.
Ofcom says,
"Phone companies will inform their customers of their access charge when they sign up to a new service, and it will appear on bills; while service providers will specify the charge for their service wherever they advertise or communicate it. Consumers will therefore be able to understand the exact cost of making the call by adding the access and service charges together."
Ofcom also intends that 0800 (Freephone) numbers will be made free from all telephones, including mobiles... although presumably consumers still pay to access these numbers via their phone provider, as mentioned above.

Getting significant 0800 call volumes means more costs with Ofcom changes....
0800 calls become free
Consultation process
Ofcom has to have a consultation process as there will probably be a medium term process by which telecoms companies make the adjustments to their call tracking numbers.
This process is for 18 months from the end of May 2013.
What this means to you...
It would be a good idea to review the use of any 08 numbers you are using. It's likely that it will cost you more to operate these numbers once the Ofcom changes are made.
Even better, perhaps now is a good time to consider changes to your call tracking systems and how you measure calls. We'd be happy to help you with your audit.
AdMeter has local, non-geographic and premium rate phone numbers available - all able to seamlessly integrate with the AdMeter call tracking system.
As Ofcom is going to be looking at this area you can steal a march on the changes.
Call us today on 0800 152 8825 and we'll help you make sense of it all.
